LG G3 shows up press shots, clearest look at the phone yet
With about two weeks left to go before the big unveil, we’re starting to get a pretty clear picture of what to expect from LG’s upcoming G3 flagship device. Not only has the handset appeared in multiple leaks and official teasers, the phone has also been spotted in the wild dressed in all three expected launch colors. If you haven’t seen enough of the LG G3, PhoneArena now brings us leaked press shots that show off the gorgeous device in probably the clearest images we’ve seen to date.
Today’s leaked images don’t tell us anything new, but they do further reiterate things we’ve already seen and heard about the device such as the fact that it will rock a metallic finish. We still can’t say for sure whether the phone is actually metal or simply polycarbonate dressed up to look like metal, though the latter is looking more and more likely. Even so, there’s no denying that the LG G3 is an attractive looking device, especially if you like LG’s signature back button approach that first debuted with the G2.
If you weren’t a fan of the design, at least this time around the buttons are flatter, sleeker and less likely to get in the way of your hand when you’re holding it.
As for the hardware that lies underneath? While we really can’t say for sure, previous rumors indicate the device will be powered by a quad-core Snapdragon CPU with 3GB RAM, and that it will offer a 2560×1440 resolution 5.5-inch display. Other rumored specs include a 13MP rear cam and 2.1MP front cam. We can also expect the handset to arrive with Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
What do you think of the LG G3 based on what we currently know? Like its design, happy with the rumored specs?
