German mobile tech blog recently got hold of a screenshot purportedly showing what the HTC Vigor looks like. Sent in by a tipster, the screenshot is said to be from the HTC Vigor’s product page on The Phone House‘s Dutch site.

The alleged product page is no longer available on The Phone House. It could have been quickly removed or the screenshot is probably just a faked screenshot. Regardless, product specs shown on the screenshot seem to match those that have already been circulating as rumors:

  • 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor (dual-core)
  • 4.3-inch HD (1280×720) touchscreen
  • 8 MP primary camera
  • Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread
  • Beats by Dr. Dre Technology
  • HTC Sense 3.5

If the HTC Vigor’s rumored specs turn out to be true, the HTC Vigor will not only have powerful hardware but also powerful software, as The Phone House‘s alleged product page aptly describes (rough translation):

The HTC Vigor continues the series of dual-core smartphones from HTC. Much of its power lies not only in hardware but also in software. The Vigor will be the first HTC smartphone equipped with HTC Sense 3.5. The HTC Vigor provides a special experience with “Beats by Dr. Dre” technology. Among other features, the HTC Vigor comes with an HD display!

We’ll surely see more of the HTC Vigor as its launch date on Verizon approaches. A recently leaked Verizon document points to October 5 as the HTC Vigor’s launch date.

Assuming the screenshot of the HTC Vigor is legit, what can you say about its looks?
