htc-one-in-handTELUS announced that they will be launching the HTC One on April 19, the same day AT&T is set to launch the device in the United States.

TELUS didn’t provide information on pricing, but since Rogers will be selling the device for $149.99 on a new three-year contract, you can expect TELUS and other Canadian carriers to price the device similarly.

If you’re  not familiar with the HTC One, allow us to remind you that HTC’s flagship has a 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 2300 mAh battery and a rear-facing camera with 4 Ultrapixels. On the software side, it’s running Sense 5 atop of Android 4.1.2.
