Very recently we reported the HTC Bliss to be on Verizon’s list of soon-to-be-launched Android devices. Said to be a smartphone intended for female users, the HTC Bliss is slated for launch on Verizon on September 29. Back then, we knew very little of the HTC Bliss, but a recent report from provided details of an upcoming HTC smartphone alleged to be the HTC Bliss.

According to the report, the HTC Bliss will be powered by a second-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7x30 processor (most likely an MSM7630, for compatibility with Verizon’s CDMA network) with a clock speed of 800 MHz. Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread is reportedly on board, as well as the HTC Sense 3.5 user interface. This latter one comes as a rather surprising item because HTC just recently released its HTC Sense 3.0 user interface, which is on recent devices such as the HTC Flyer, HTC EVO 3D, and HTC Sensation.

Meanwhile, another report from Russian tech blog You HTC suggests that the model number “HTC ADR6330VW” that appeared on a leaked Verizon Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) list is actually the HTC Bliss.

The HTC Bliss will be available in three different colors once it hits the market. Being an Android smartphone intended for women, it will most likely come preloaded with apps designed for women, too.

If these hardware rumors for the HTC Bliss are all true, then we can safely say its specs are rather mediocre. But, then again, for a mid-range smartphone, those don’t seem too bad at all, don’t you think so?
