Update (12/4/17): Along with the Google Home offer recently seen at Best Buy, the official Google Store has now rolled out an equivalent deal. Until December 31, you can get a Google Home for $79 (down from $129) or a Google Home mini for $29 (from $49) while stocks last.

The offer is open only to those based in the US — the Google Home hasn’t seen such a price drop in other regions — and it doesn’t include a two-pack offer like Best Buy recently did, but it still makes for some good savings. If you’re interested, hit the links below.

Update (12/2/17): As of Saturday, December 2, 2017, the two-pack of Google Homes is no longer available. But, somewhat surprisingly, Best Buy is still offering a single Google Home for $79.99. That’s a saving of $49 and still a pretty good deal. Hit the button below if you’d like to grab one.

Original article (12/1/17): If you’re still looking to pick up some gifts, we have an excellent deal to share with you. Right now at Best Buy, you can get a Google Home for only $79.99 or, and this is even better, a two-pack of the smart speakers for just $129.98. They usually retail for $129, so that’s a saving of almost $50 for a single Home and $130 for the two-pack. If our math checks out, that means buying two would save you about 50%.

We’ve written plenty about Google Home since it hit the scene. Google has put a significant emphasis on the speaker, and we’ve watched as the functionality has increased over time. Now with the inexpensive Google Home Mini on the market and the Google Home Max coming soon, you might wonder why you’d pick the Home over those two? It’s my personal choice because it combines great audio quality (much better than the Mini’s) at a pretty decent price.

Be sure to jump on this deal soon if you’re considering it. Best Buy is running “20 Days of Dealbusters” and this is today’s deal. These deals only stick around for one day so that means it won’t be around tomorrow. This is by far the best deal we’ve seen on a new Home, so we doubt it’ll get any better than this before the holiday season wraps up.

Are you going to pick this deal up? Do you think the Home warrants the increased price over the Home Mini? Let us know down in the comments.
