How to save a PowerPoint as a video on Windows
In your PowerPoint presentation, click the File tab.

From the menu along the left, click the Export tab.

Click Create Video when you’re finished customizing the parameters of your PowerPoint presentation.

For Save as type, choose either MPEG-4 Video or Windows Media Video. When ready, click Save.
