August is about to come to a close, but the month didn’t just go by without some really awesome games worth recommending to you. If you’re like most Android users, you probably have a handful of great games installed on your device. In this quick review, I will tell you about three amazing games that made my August more fun. Try them–all three are free from the Android Market.

Dragon, Fly! (Free)

Dragon, Fly! is a very addictive and fun game that challenges you to work your way hard to get through the levels. I often found myself not wanting to put my phone down because I felt like I just had to conquer the level I was on. Your objective is to stay away from “mum” by launching off hills to get air and get as far away as possible before she catches you. Each level comes with a set of achievements that you must reach before you can move on to the next level. I highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys a challenge. Yahtz Me (Free)

Yahtz Me is one of the many Yahtzee game variants available on the Android Market, however this is by far the best of all of them. Yahtz Me keeps the game exciting and fun with good graphics and nice animations throughout the game play. You can play solo, or you can play against multiple friends sitting next to you by passing your phone around. If you have a place in your heart for the board game Yahtzee, you will surely love Yahtz Me. Learn more about this fun game in my video review:

Rescue Team (Free)

Do you have the makings of a Good Samaritan? If you do, you’ll love the Rescue Team game. It is a game that takes to a whole new level the noble task of rescuing people in distress. Your objective is to take your helicopter and fly around to save people in need of help.
I have to be honest–Rescue Team is a very fun game, however it does have some shortcomings. For instance, the controls in this game sometimes become unresponsive and the advertisement location is very awful. Otherwise, this is a very fun and engaging game, for as long as the game controls don’t lock up. See how I played Good Samaritan with this game by watching my video review:
