AT&T is aggressively upgrading its network to LTE and has been adding new cities to the list. Last month, AT&T activated its LTE network in several different markets and now the carrier has added three more cities in the U.S. and three other in Puerto Rico . These are Albuquerque, N.M., Reading, Penn., and Salt Lake City, Utah. Moreover, the mobile operator has turned on its LTE network in three markets in Puerto Rico including Guayama, San German-Cabo Rojo, and Yauco.

So if you live in any of these cities then be informed that your AT&T SIM can now serve LTE data in your hometown. AT&T has recently announced that it will be spending over $14 billion on its network. According to the carrier, its LTE coverage has doubled in the year 2012 and is currently available in over 100 markets. AT&T plans to add more cities to the list of LTE-equipped markets in 2013, so if your city is not on the list right now, don’t worry, as you might get lucky next year.
