Although we weren’t able to see this for ourselves at Mobile World Congress, EngadgetMobile has seen SIM Technology’s U1 concept, originally a Windows Mobile device, running Android.  The all touchscreen phone will feature quad-band EDGE, tri-band HSDPA, a 3 megapixel camera along with a secondary VGA camera, WiFi, A-GPS, TV-out, and as the title mentioned, a 2.6 inch VGA touchscreen.

No word on a release date, or if this unit will enter production, but it’s exciting huh?
