The new Google One online cloud storage plans are now available for all
- Google One was introduced back in May and replaces Drive storage plans.

Google introduced Google One back in May as a way to replace Drive storage plans and to make it easier for customers to buy online storage. After a slow rollout to paid Drive subscribers over the last several months, Google One plans are now available for everyone in the U.S.
Google One plans start off pretty inexpensive and increase with higher tiers of storage. The cheapest model gives users 100GB of cloud storage for $1.99 a month or $19.99 a year. If that fills up, they can upgrade to 200GB for $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year. This scale quickly escalates up to 2TB for $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year. The highest tear offers 30TB for $299.99 a month.
By subscribing to a Google One plan, customers are gaining access to much more than just online storage. For one, each user gets 24/7 customer service support over chat or phone. This benefit allows customers to ask questions about any Google service or product and get the help that they need.
Additionally, Google offers occasional perks to One subscribers such as free credit to spend at Play Store and up to 40 percent off select hotels found on Google Search. Going forward, the company states that it plans to add to these by giving customers benefits for the Google Store and Google Express.
Users in the U.S. can upgrade to Google One right now by downloading the Google One app or visiting Google One’s website. Customers in other countries should start to see Google One rolled out to them in the next several weeks.
