Quoting those popular “people familiar with the matter,” the Wall Street Journal is saying that T-Mobile USA is going to launch its second Google Android based smartphone next week. The new device is basically a rebadged HTC Magic, which Vodafone and other carriers have been selling in Europe and Asia for some time.
