Wirefly.com celebrated U.S. independence with a big bang yesterday as it slashed down the HTC Sensation 4G’s price to US$130. The lower price applies to new T-Mobile customers and existing T-Mobile customers who intend to renew or upgrade their current contracts. The HTC Sensation 4G can also be purchased contract-free at US$560 from Wirefly.

The online store provides free FedEx delivery (standard shipping) and free lifetime membership to Wirefly Mobile Backup Service for buyers of the HTC Sensation 4G.

Given the HTC Sensation 4G’s high-end features, and 4G data speeds on the T-Mobile network, the US$130 price is definitely an attractive offer. It is also among the best–if not the best–4G-capable Android smartphones in T-Mobile’s lineup today.

Here are the HTC Sensation 4G’s core highlights:

  • 4G LTE high-speed data connection via T-Mobile
  • 4.3 inches Super LCD qHD touchscreen
  • 1.2 GHz dual-core processor
  • 8 MP rear camera (1080p HD video capable)
  • VGA-quality front camera
  • Android 2.3 Gingerbread
  • HTC Sense user interface
  • Wi-Fi connectivity
  • HDMI support (with Micro HDMI port)

Android Authority’s in-house review of the HTC Sensation 4G gave it a 10/10 review score.

It’s not yet too late to celebrate Independence Day with a purchase of the price-slashed HTC Sensation 4G. Are you going to have your post-celebration by buying the HTC Sensation 4G?
