EngadgetMobile is reporting that it has been tipped off by an anonymous source that mega-retailer Walmart will start offering the T-Mobile G1 as of November 24th. EngadgetMobile is also saying that Walmart will offer the G1 at a discounted price of US$148.88.

That’s $31 in savings.

This is all pure rumor and speculation at this point, of course, as nothing has been officially announced, but it is not the first time we’ve gotten reports of plans for the G1 to be sold at discount prices.
