SK Telecom have come up with a rather amazing idea to install Android directly onto your SIM card along with a CPU. They call this the SIM Theme Package, as each SIM card also offers 1GB of storage as well as all your applications and contact details. It is a great idea as it will allow you to take everything with you between phone devices, including your OS. This is a far cry from the days when you could only take a handful of contact details with you when you removed your SIM card from your device and put it into another.
After the jump we reveal a video recorded by Engadget of the technology in action, where the Theme SIM is exchanged between two devices. Do you guys think this kind of thing would be useful?
