The much anticipated Dell Mini 5 recently landed in Engadget’s hands and they wasted no time in snapping photos and shooting a nice video of the boot up sequence for the half tablet half phone…
The Dell Mini 5 is oddly named as it is a rather large smart phone. We’ve been hot on the heals on this device since it started gaining traction a few months ago. Now, we have a more in depth, high quality video which reveals some of the interesting physical characteristics of this device. As we already pointed out, the device is on the larger side. Indeed, the video points it out too. But any device with a 5-inch touchscreen is going to be big compared to devices whose screens we expect to be 3.7-inches at the most.
Much has been made of the fact that it might look big against your face while you are talking on the phone, but in truth, it does not look too bad. Furthermore, if you spend as much time on your device as I do, you will use a Bluetooth headset anyway. The Dell mini 5 is expected to have a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor along with a 5MP camera and you can check out the new video after the jump from Engadget.
