According to a Twitter tweet by our local Philadelphia Verizon rep, Verizon will start supporting V CAST video services on its Android devices starting on Monday the 7th of June (better known as “new iPhone…
If you are looking for a Cyber Monday deal on a Verizon Wireless device, you may be in luck. Though, we should clarify that Verizon seems to have simply changed their Black Friday sale items into Holiday Deals and kept them available for Cyber Monday. In other words, if you have been following the Verizon Wireless sale items — these may sound a bit familiar.
That being said, Verizon Wireless currently has deals on five smartphones, one tablet and a mobile hotspot modem. Beginning first with the tablet and the modem. The tablet is the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 in white. This is a 4G LTE tablet and Verizon has it priced at $99.99. The regular price is $349.99. And while that sounds like a deep discount, there may be a slight catch. You see, Verizon normally has the tablet priced at a contract-free $349.99 — the $99.99 price point comes along with a two-year agreement.
Moving on and we come to the mobile hotspot. In this case, the Verizon JetPack 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot 890L. This is regularly priced at $19.99 and is now available for free. Well, free on a two-year agreement.
Otherwise, the smartphone deals include a free 16GB Motorola Droid RAZR in a special Cranberry color as well as a free Galaxy Nexus with 16GB of internal storage. The remaining smartphone deals include an LG Lucid, LG Extravert and HTC Rhyme — all of which are available for free. And just to clarify, similar to the deals on the tablet and mobile hotspot, all of the smartphone deals assume a two-year agreement.
Finally, as for that tablet, if you are interested or undecided (like myself), keep trying as it seems to have been coming in, and out-of-stock all day long.
