A nationwide scavenger hunt is upon us. In anticipation of the November release of the Motorola DROID RAZR, Verizon builds excitement with giveaways for the lucky few who can successfully solve the puzzles Verizon has prepared.

The telecom company has reactivated @DroidLanding, its Twitter account that was laid dormant for a while, and released a preview for the upcoming smartphone at DroidDoes.com. Both will be essential starting points for solving puzzles and riddles, as have been with scavenger hunts for previous DROID devices such as the Bionic, the Charge, and the X2.

If you recall, the prior scavenger hunt for the DROID Bionic that lasted 4 days rewarded winners with various electronics such as HDTV, laptops, tablets, as well as the phone itself. No prizes have been specified for the RAZR hunt yet, but we can expect something similar.

So far only, one tweet has been posted, telling participants to await instructions. Email addresses can also be submitted at DroidDoes for “intel” or occasional newsletters. Be sure to visit the website and follow @DroidLanding, as we will be seeing new updates and hints that could lead us to win much-craved devices.

The Motorola DROID RAZR is expected to be released early this month, with Verizon already accepting pre-orders.
