Now you’re free to use your slick new flagship as a credit or debit card anywhere you would normally pay with plastic. You know. If you’re one of the few who have already managed to get their hands on a Galaxy S7.

Seeing as the device doesn’t formally launch until tomorrow, we doubt that this revelation will have a ton of people scrambling to download the app. However, if you’ve got a Galaxy S7 on the way, you can rest assured that Samsung Pay will be ready and waiting once your new smartphone arrives.

This news comes about as the result of some recent confusion throughout the internet as to whether Pay would be available on the S7. Early-shipped review devices didn’t seem to have this functionality, which caused a bit of alarm among those who had preordered the devices. However, Verizon assured subscribers that Samsung Pay would be arriving on the S7 in time for launch, but that the app was currently undergoing some testing. The official arrival of the app today confirms that Verizon has been true to their word.
