Well, it looks like the fences have finally been mended. Google and Verizon announced a new co-development partnership today that will see to the creation of new Android-based smartphones that will be sold by Verizon.
The hardware manufacturer(s) to be used was not announced, nor were many actual details released, but we can all expect to learn more when Verizon and Google’s CEO team up for a webcast at 10am this morning.
Here’s the link to the webcast page. I recommend you open it in a new window, as it resizes your browser (very rude).
