Unboxing of the Samsung Galaxy S II, Epic 4G Touch for Sprint [Video]

The Galaxy S II is arguably the Android king of the year, and after a long wait, it’s finally come over to Sprint.  Today, I unbox Sprint’s Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch. This device has some outstanding specs including a 1.2 GHz dual-core Exynos processor, a gorgeous 4.52-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording, and runs Android 2.3 with Samsung’s TouchWiz 4.0 right out of the box.  It’s available on Sprint for $199.99.

My first impression of this device is that it’s simply stunning. Holding it, and looking into that beautiful display simply pulls you in. The phone is fast and I have seen nothing close to lag as of yet, the camera works great, and the design feels great in the hand. The only thing I could nit pick is that this phone does not have much of a grip to it, so being that it’s a big phone that is thin, it doesn’t offer much grip on the backside. Small stuff though folks.

Stay tuned and keep it locked on Android Authority for my full review of the Samsung Galaxy S II, Epic 4G!

Any thoughts on this beast of a phone?
