I can’t find a lot of these things on it, I got the ICS update yesterday…where is the favorites tray and face unlock?

  • tBs_Battousai

See Motorola, even Lenovo are pushing out ICS, why the hell are you so slow at updating outside of the U.S.?!?!?

  • Still waiting for the update-

  • AdY

  • Barbara Zirkin

I agree…FaceService application on the thinkpad but no icon to launch

  • this was posted on blog.lenovo:
Note: Since this blog post was originally published in February 2012, we have learned that the “Face Unlock” feature will not be part of the Android 4.0 feature set. Apologies for any confusion. Thanks!

I still haven’t received the update and have tried to manually down load it several times any suggestions

guys / girls – go to system setting on Your TPT, search for the last option – phone/device info, there will be a sub-menu item called “check system update” and if your wifi is running good, and you didn’t fucked up your system, it should find an upgrade, but please belive me – don’t do it! system is no so faster as it was told, and battery is running down faster! some said that in 3.1 thinkpad have some problems with this pen writing – bullsleep ;-) – it’s the same as in 4.0 – if there would be en option of downgrade i would do it without thinking! and another case – there’s no exploit for tpt tablet 4.0 android – there’s no root.

edn0 I tried that and it didn’t work. Not sure what the problem is. I guess it is time to finally bite the bullet and root this machine.
