While some forms of the Samsung Galaxy S2 received their Jelly Bean updates in January, another batch of devices are just now joining the fun. Three UK has just began rolling out Android 4.1 Jelly Bean for its own Galaxy S2. The update was obviously expected as it went live in multiple parts of the UK a couple weeks ago. While Three UK is somewhat late to game, users will obviously still be happy to have it.
This news undoubtedly comes as relief for those who have stuck it out with the groundbreaking device. Overall, it is a good sign that even with all the Samsung Galaxy S4 excitement, there is still room for growth with older versions of the device.
As with most carriers, the update is being released in phases so if you don’t yet have your update, just sit tight.
