Shortly after the Samsung Galaxy S2 variants have become available in the US, now Samsung could be launching the Galaxy S2 HD?

Back in September, Samsung announced that the Samsung Galaxy S2 HD LTE would be headed to Korea and no one was given a launch date for the US. But this new FCC filing should help to clear that up.

According to the FCC Filing, the Samsung Galaxy S2 HD will have a 4.65″ screen (similar to the rumors about the Galaxy Nexus/Nexus Prime that should be announced this week) with a 1280 x 720p resolution, a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor and 4G LTE, and of course the best version of Android so far, Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0).

Are we 100% sure that the nexus prime isn’t just a nexus version of this? Specs seem to be matching up pretty well.
