DigiTimes is quoting “market sources” that tell it that it is likely that Taiwan’s Chunghwa Telecom will offer HTC’s second Android based phone to its customers in the second quarter of this year.

We expect to see the device officially announced in the middle of this month at the Mobile World Congress show in Barcelona, Spain.
