Toshiba announced the coming of not just one or two, but of a trio of Excite tablets last month. This may all change with the announcement of three upcoming Ice Cream Sandwich tablets from Toshiba, all part of the Excite lineup, with one model trying to push the conventional boundaries in terms of size.
