T-Mobile announced yesterday the prices and availability of two Android superphones that many folks have been looking forward to: the HTC Amaze 4G (formerly known as the HTC Ruby) and the Samsung Galaxy S II (which was codenamed the Samsung Hercules). Both devices will be available for preorder on T-Mobile’s online store (www.T-Mobile.com) starting on October 10. After fears of its bypassing the U.S. and after Hurricane Irene pushed back its unveiling event one day later, the world-famous Samsung Galaxy S II was officially announced today and will be arriving on mobile carriers Sprint, T-Mobile, and AT&T.
