This summer’s hot smartphone, the Galaxy S, is finally coming to Verizon Wireless as the Fascinate.  Best Buy has posted some promo material that has the Fascinate as being up for reserve for Best Buy Reward Zone members starting August 27, and on August 29 for the rest of the world.

It doesn’t get better than this.  Amazon has lowered the price of AT&T’s version of the Samsung Galaxy S, the Captivate.  The smartphone is on sale for $.01 and the activation fee of $36.00 will be credited to your wireless bill.  To get this stellar offer, you must sign a two-year service agreement with AT&T.

Samsung Epic 4G Galaxy S phone launching August 31 for $250

Today Sprint announced availability and pricing info for its second 4G WiMAX smartphone, the Samsung Epic 4G, a Galaxy S smartphone. The Epic 4G will be available August 31 in all Sprint stores, as well as in RadioShack, Best Buy, and Walmart here in the States. Sprint stores will open at 8am on August 31 and the phone will cost $249.99 with a 2 year contract, after a $100 mail-in rebate.

Samsung Captivate Galaxy S phone available for $49.99 from Amazon

Amazon is offering the Samsung Captivate for an unbelievable deal: $50.00 with a service contract with AT&T. The Captivate is a 3G-enabled, Android 2.1-powered smartphone with 4-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display and 16GB of internal storage.  The device also sports WiFi, a 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording, Bluetooth, microSD expansion, and up to 5.75 hours of talk time or 14+ days of standby time from its 1500mAh battery.

Samsung Vibrant Galaxy S, HTC Desire Android phones now available in Canada

Two of the latest Android smartphones, the Samsung Vibrant and the HTC Desire, have been launched in Canada.  Mobile users can pick up the Samsung Vibrant, a Galaxy S phone, on Bell for $79 with a three-service agreement or the Desire, which is available from Telus for $79.99 with a three-year service agreement.  Those that want to buy the Android smartphones outright can plunk down $450 for the Desire and $499 for the Vibrant without a contract.

Amazon Wireless is now offering Samsung’s latest Galaxy S variant, the Vibrant for T-Mobile USA, and it is at the lowest price we have seen – $100.  The price comes with a two-year service agreement and its seems the online shopping giant is even waiving activation fees.

Through a tweet on its Twitter account, T-Mobile USA confirmed July 15 as the official availability date of its Samsung Galaxy S variant, the Vibrant.  In response to a question from on of its followers, T-Mobile responded with:
