Samsung Canada and French carrier SFR have confirmed launch windows for the Android 4.3 update for Samsung’s Galaxy S4, Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 smartphones.
Samsung Germany confirmed its current flagships will be region locked, meaning they will only work out of the box with SIM cards from the region they were bought from.
