Sales of the Samsung Galaxy S4 slumped this summer, says a newly released market research report. Samsung managed to sell 5 million Galaxy S4 in August, but offset it with sales in the budget segment.
The Galaxy Note 3 SIM card region lock is apparently a serious issue for many buyers, with Samsung yet to offer a clear explanation for this new policy. Furthermore, it looks like future Android 4.4 KitKat updates will bring the same region lock to older Galaxy handsets.
