Qualcomm may be the only major smartphone manufacturer that has not yet shown off a fancy new watch at MWC this year. Perhaps they have decided that a $100 price drop on their Toq smartwatch is enough to satisfy potential customers. After many others have announced new and improved smartwatches, we can now get ourselves the Qualcomm Toq smartwatch for just $250.
The Toq will be available on December 2, and, for $349, buyers will get a low-power Mirasol display, long battery life (several days according to Qualcomm), and the ability to receive notifications right on the wrist, for things like email or calendar.
