Qualcomm may be the only major smartphone manufacturer that has not yet shown off a fancy new watch at MWC this year. Perhaps they have decided that a $100 price drop on their Toq smartwatch is enough to satisfy potential customers. The Toq will be available on December 2, and, for $349, buyers will get a low-power Mirasol display, long battery life (several days according to Qualcomm), and the ability to receive notifications right on the wrist, for things like email or calendar.
