Wondering why a lot of Galaxy S4's won't have the Exynos 5 Octa? The SamsungExynos twitter page confirmed the Exynos 5 Octa to have LTE support with all 20 bands, but it seems to be plagued with supply shortages.

Qualcomm has admitted to making a mistake concerning the Samsung Galaxy S4 camera specs. As we suspected, the camera only does 1080p video recording at 30fps, not 60fps.
