A new report says that LG and Samsung are fighting to be the first company to release a smartphone with a flexible display, naming the LG Vu 3 and a Galaxy Note 3 version as potential devices to feature the new display tech.
LG is rumored to be preparing the Vu 3 for launch at IFA 2013. The smartphone is thought to feature a 5.2 inch, 4:3 aspect ratio display and a Snapdragon 800 processor along with support for LTE-A.
If two newly leaked images are to be believed, the LG Vu 3 is currently in the works. The latest member of the Vu family appears to hold on to the same 4:3 aspect ratio found on earlier Vu devices.
