This is because most of Japan’s citizens have to learn other languages in order to properly communicate via phone calls. Now that NTT DoCoMo provides Japanese translation, we are one step closer to having seamless communication throughout the world.

Google’s Nexus 7, the affordable Android 4.1 Jelly Bean device we think gives the iPad a serious run for its money, is coming to Japan. It’s going to cost roughly $254 for the 16 GB model.

Before barely getting a chance to take a thorough look at the newly unveiled business-oriented Casio Paper Writer tablet, a new gadget with a similar target got introduced to the public. The Fujitsu Stylistic M532/EA4 will also focus on durability and functionality and will most likely limit itself to the Asian market, but, unlike the Paper Writer, it doesn’t seem to come with a lot of unique features or specs.

Samsung vs Apple

Apple may have won a sweep in its California patent infringement case lodged against South Korean Samsung Electronics. But elsewhere, opinions differ, as the legal battles are not always won by the Cupertino company. A recent ruling by a Tokyo court has dismissed Apple’s patent infringement claim against Samsung in Japan, saying Samsung did not infringe on Apple technologies.

It has been four months since the HTC J made its debut, and it looks like HTC has had a change of heart about the phone’s availability.
