Ingress, that cult-popular product released by Google’s Niantic Labs, could quite possibly be its most desired. Invitations are highly prized, as the game is still in beta testing. The surprise hit has the team at Niantic working diligently to not only satisfy those who are already playing, but get it ready for the rest of us.
Google wants you to think Ingress is just a game, that it is nothing more than something you play to pass the time away, but it is so much more than that – It’s an e-book, too! Or at least it will be soon.
An update has been pushed to Ingress, bringing the app version to 1.18.1. The slew of small improvements should make your Ingress experience nicer.
