HTC ChaCha, the QWERTY phone with a dedicated Facebook button and integration software, gets a pre-launch processor upgrade from 600MHz to 800MHz. The upgrade may be attributed to the need for speed, considering that the phone runs on Android 2.3.3 (It’s actually one of the very few QWERTY monoblock phones that carries Android) and its Facebook integration software is running continuously at the same time.
