Consumer Reports routinely shows that cell phone service providers are one of, if not the, worst in terms of customer satisfaction rankings. While Sprint now occupies last place in the latest Consumer Reports survey, AT&T has consistently been dead last in recent years. In fact, Consumer Reports has found that the cell phone provider with the highest marks was prepaid operator Consumer Cellular.
It is reckoned that 90 percent of all patent troll activity is aimed against small businesses and startups. In other words against those who don’t have the money to fight back. This makes patent trolls no better than common bullies.
According to a new Consumer Reports survey, Sprint now ranks the lowest in overall customer satisfaction when compared to any U.S. carrier. Meanwhile, prepaid services continue to score better results than the big four U.S. providers.
Towards the end of every year Consumer Reports releases a “top 10 electronics product” list. On this year’s list, the LG G2 managed to make the cut.
