Asus is already doing very well in the budget-friendly 7-inch tablet market, courtesy of the massive Nexus 7 box-office hit. However, that doesn’t mean there isn’t enough of the pie left for another of the company’s slates.
Asus isn’t keeping the lowkey MeMO Pad completely out of the spotlight. Today, to go with the official launch of the device, Asus released a promo video for the new MeMO Pad.
Asus recently launched the 7-inch ASUS MeMO Pad 7 (model ME172V) in Malaysia, and the device will be available for RM499 ($166).
We don’t really know how they do it (and yeah, we’re a bit jealous), but the folks over at Tablet.bg seem to be masters at scoring tabs before anyone else. And way ahead of their official launches.
