Asphalt 7: Heat now available on Google Play

by: Bogdan PetrovanJuly 26, 2012

After a long, long wait, Android gamers can finally rev up their virtual engines in the hottest release of the summer – Asphalt 7: Heat. The latest installment of the hit series developed by GameLoft has been teased for many weeks now and suffered several delays. The game was released on iOS more than a month ago, forcing Android fans to look with envy on the other side.

Asphalt 7: Heat has hit Google Play today and garnered close to 200 reviews already, most of which give it a glowing 5-star review. The app is compatible with Android 2.2 and upwards and goes for an affordable $0.99. My hope is GameLoft will have better success at monetizing the new Asphalt than [...]

Asphalt 7: Heat to hit Android on June 25, the official trailer looks sizzling hot (video)

by: AdrianJune 22, 2012

Asphalt 6: Adrenaline is considered by many the best mobile racing game in history, so it wasn’t an easy task for Gameloft to meet the expectations with the next iteration of the series.

By all means and purposes, Asphalt 7: Heat looks better than its predecessor (at least on paper), so we’re unbelievably excited to let you know that there are only four days left until the game will hit Google Play.

Already released in Apple’s App Store (boo!), Asphalt 7: Heat should be up and running for Android devices starting next Monday. The pricing hasn’t been officially confirmed just yet, but we have no reason to think that we will be (furthermore) discriminated, so it’s [...]

But there is a reason that we all want multi-core processors and high resolution displays, and checking e-mail in HD just isn’t that reason.

It might just be me, but one of the reasons I wanted and bought a device with high end specs is for cutting-edge gaming. While Angry Birds is a lot of fun and I had to force myself to stop playing Temple Run so I could write this piece, it’s [...]

Gameloft announces Men in Black 3 and Asphalt 7: Heat, coming soon

by: AdrianMay 8, 2012

If you had plans for any kind of outdoors activity over the following weeks or so, you should either cancel them entirely or make sure you’re always near a power source to plug in your mobile device. You will certainly need more “juice” than usual, because Gameloft is preparing to hit us with three exciting new titles.

We have already talked extensively about N.O.V.A. 3 and how cool the first few trailers look, but the third iteration of the successful action game franchise will not come solo. Asphalt 7: Heat and Men in Black 3 will also be released by Gameloft very soon, and both games are already on my to-download list.
