Open the Internet today and you’ll find a bunch of Galaxy S4-related rumors, all based on different, unconfirmed, reports, that we have covered thoroughly when they originally hit the presses.
Rumors emerged recently about Samsung considering a switch to LCD technology for its top of the line smartphones, due to the limited resolution that AMOLED displays can achieve. Now a new report says that Samsung will continue fitting its flagship smartphones with AMOLED screens.
This isn’t the first time we see the Samsung Galaxy S4 pop up in various leaks, but today’s report seems to shed some light on some of the future flagship smartphone’s specs and features.

The Samsung Galaxy S4, which is most likely what the Galaxy S3’s successor will be called, will be unveiled at MWC 2013 according to some, although others would deny that on their official Samsung Twitter account.
Yesterday the internet went gaga when rumors out of Korea suggested that Samsung was going to announce the Galaxy S4 at Mobile World Congress next year and then ship it a month later in March. Samsung, looking to set the record straight, sent out a tweet to get us to focus on the GS3.
Samsung’s Galaxy S3 has been out on the market for less than four months. The iPhone 5 is going to hit store shelves this Friday. And guess what? We just got our very first Galaxy S4 rumor. Straight from Korea too!
A JPMorgan analyst was quoted by French newspaper Les Echos saying that Samsung sold 6.5 million Galaxy S3 devices in Q2, which is mostly June and another two days of May, since the Galaxy... S3 was launched on May 29. That amounts to about 5 million units per month, or about five times better than the Galaxy Note, one of Samsung’s other highly successful products.
