At its myTouch 3G press event in New York, T-Mobile USA executives stated that the company had no plans to offer the HTC Hero that its European counterparts will offer. That was a bit more direct of a statement than is typical, and is also a bit disheartening.
The myTouch 3G is based on HTC’s Magic, which has been available in non-U.S. markets for months.
