According to Pocket-Lint.com, a T-Mobile UK representative has said that the famed Cupcake release of the Android OS will become available to T-Mobile G1 users this April.
The Cupcake extensions, which include an on-screen virtual keyboard, are known to be included on the HTC Magic (“Sapphire”) that is expected to hit Vodafone shelves in the near future.
No word yet from T-Mobile USA as to whether or not G1 users in states can expect an update in the same time frame.
