T-Mobile's John Legere wishes you a very Happy Holidays while trash-talking the competition

'Twas a few days before Christmas and the Uncarrier has released a Happy Holiday message to its customers, while reminding them why T-Mobile is the best.

In the hallowed halls of Hogwarts Bellevue, Washington, T-Mobile CEO John Legere is a Force to be reckoned with. Literally. The outspoken CEO has done everything from call out the competition (often by name) to crash parties, and now in what is arguably his most audacious PR stint yet, he has seemingly merged everything together in the most wholesome of holiday ways.

“Happy Holidays from T-Mobile” is an amusing — if not somewhat cheesy — “Uncarrier” rendition of The Night Before Christmas, only set to the tune of trash-talk. Legere sits in a decorated room filled with a Christmas tree adorned with T-Mobile ornaments and replete with a plush effigy of himself, and waxes poetic on the clash of carriers. His soothing serenade is almost a laundry list of the company’s talking points, including the outstanding Q3 performance results, and the new data roll-over service. The outspoken CEO also mentions a holiday gift of 10GB of free mobile data to customers which is quite a pleasant present indeed. And as if all that wasn’t enough, he still finds an opportunity to drop in an explicit word with tongue-in-cheek cheer (including a completely censored pair at the end).

Curiously missing from this decidedly not-child friendly clip is any mention of the other gift the company is “giving” its customers: a refund for all of the illegal data charges related to “cramming” it had billed them for.
