Sprint has just updated its website and mentioned that there is a new software update available for the HTC EVO Shift 4G.
This new update is for version 2.77.651.3 which provides a few software tweaks and bug fixes; including improved battery life, security enhancements, and a new version for Twitter’s Peep client.
The update is available starting today for a manual installation. Otherwise, users of the Sprint HTC EVO Shift 4G will start getting update notifications starting February 7.
If you’re a Sprint HTC EVO Shift 4G user, you can manually update your phone so you get to answer your software issues.
