Anyone that plans on buying a Nexus 6 at Sprint will be pleased to know that the contract price has been lowered from $299 to $249. If you already purchased Google’s new phablet for $299 at Sprint, you will also be pleased to know that you’re about to get some money back, as the company has vowed to refund those that purchased the Nexus 6 for the original $299.

Sound too good to be true? Well, here’s the proof directly from Sprint:

For those counting, that brings the total price of the Sprint Nexus 6 to $648, which makes it exactly 1 dollar cheaper than the carrier free version you’ll find on Google Play. The ad only mentions the 32GB “Midnight Blue” version specifically, the only version available on Sprint right now.

On a side note, the statement also provided information on a discount pertaining to the LG G2 getting a nice little $139.99 cut.

Sprint hasn’t given an exact date on issuing the refund or how the process of getting one will work for those that ordered the Nexus 6 before the price drop, but here’s hoping that it happens quickly.
