Before this leak, the only existence we knew of the MT27i Pepper was a leaked spec sheet that was leaked not to long ago. Now we have a blurry picture of the Sony Ericsson MT27i Pepper. The MT27i is believed to be the successor to the Xperia neo V and rumours point to this handset running a 1GHz dual-core processor (most likely the ST-Ericsson NoveThor U8500 chipset) with a 3.7-inch (480 x 854 resolution) display. It is supposed to have a 5MP camera and shoot 720p video. The front of the handset has three buttons; back, home and menu buttons. The front-facing camera sits next to the LED notification light.

We aren’t to sure if we will be seeing the MT27i Pepper at CES next week or if it will be announced at Mobile World Congress in February, but you can rest assured that we will bring you the latest on the Sony Ericsson Pepper as soon as we find out details. Don’t forget to check out all our coverage of CES next week live from Las Vegas.

Are you interested in the Sony Ericsson MT27i Pepper? It looks pretty good so far, what do you think of it? Let us know in the comments.
