Consider yourself a master of all things Shadowgun and are left itching for a new challenge? Madfinger Games has now delivered such a challenge with Deadzone 2.0, available now through Google Play.

Deadzone 2.0 brings with it gold rewards for eliminating opponents with active boosters, plenty of new weapons and several new maps including Assembly, Vortex and Warzone.

In this latest update, keeping up with your friends (or enemies?) is easier then ever thanks to the new ‘friends’ menu, which provides you a way to invite other players to your game or view their stats in real-time. The update also includes support for several new languages such as Spanish, German, French, Russian, Italian, Korean, Japanese and Chinese.

For those that are new to the popular multiplayer spin-off of the Shadowgun series, you’ll be happy to know that the game even includes a special tutorial mode that helps you learn the ropes.

While the game is free to download, it is worth noting that not all devices will work with it. The game is listed to work with Android 3.0 or higher devices that have at least 512MB of RAM. Of course that’s the minimum specs, the better your hardware, the better the experience will be.

What do you think, excited to get your hands on Deadzone 2.0 or not?

  • hell yes!

Its free? is it freemium or completely free? And will I be able to use my ps3 controller with sixaxis on it?

    • MF Fan

Freemium but still can play with using a single cent. As for PS3 controller, “YES”. However, without root access you need OTG cable + USB cable to connect the controller.

  • nothing better than this game

The voice acting didn’t sound so good, but I wish I could play Shadowgun campaign version… 4.99 is a hefty price for me…
