Developer Madfinger Games is known for bringing out some of the best action games with console-like quality on the Android platform. If you’ve been holding out to get Shadowgun and Samurai II: Vengeance, the time has never been more right to click those buy buttons in the Google Play Store.

Right now, there’s a promotion going on for games released by Madfinger. The top two offerings, of course, are the aforementioned titles. Both games are now available at a tempting price of $1 each. Aside from the regular version, the Tegra 3 version of Shadowgun and Samurai II: Vengeance is also being discounted. You know where those THD Games would look great on? That’s right, your brand new Google Nexus 7 tablet – or of course, any other quad-core touting Android devices out there.

Shadowgun is a classic first-person shooter game offering some of the most advanced combat AI systems on the platform, with a side of hacking mini-games. The engaging storyline comes with multiple outcomes, which give a better replay value. Meanwhile, Samurai II: Vengeance is a hack-and-slash game that will have you take on the role of an avenging samurai. It also has some RPG elements and environmental puzzles.

As for the hotly anticipated Dead Trigger from Madfinger, we don’t know yet whether it’ll come with the same $1 price when it finally launches. You may want to check again tomorrow on Google Play, because that’s when the game will reportedly be released.
