Last month the NotePro 12.2 and the TabPro 8.4 and 10.1 variants became available to select retailers in the United States. At the time, we also learned that the TabPro 12.2 wouldn’t be arriving until sometime in March.

Right on cue, Samsung has now officially announced that the Samsung Galaxy TabPro 12.2 will arrive starting March 9th from select retailers including Samsung’s Store, Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, NewEgg and several others. The TabPro 12.2 will set users back $649.99 for the 32GB storage variant.

So what do you get for such a high price tag? The TabPro 12.2 is powered by a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 CPU with an Adreno 330 GPU and 3GB of RAM. Other specs include a 12.2-inch LCD display with a 2560×1600 resolution, 32/64GB storage, microSD, an 8MP rear cam, 2MP front cam and a 9500 mAh battery. Samsung also promises up to $800 worth of premium apps, services and special promotions to help you make the most out of your Pro device.
