Samsung SHW-M130L Galaxy U Android smartphone with Super AMOLED display announced

In South Korea yesterday, Samsung presented its newest phone, the SHW-M130L Galaxy U.  The Galaxy U features specs similar to its brethren, the Galaxy S, like a a gorgeous Super AMOLED touchscreen display. The Galaxy U’s display is slightly smaller, though, at 3.7-inches.  The Galaxy U also offers an optical trackpad below the display screen.  The new handset also offers a speedy 1GHz processor, a 5mp camera with HD video recording, 8GB of on-board storage, WiFi, Bluetooth, and T-DMB support.

The phone will retail for 800,000 Won (US$682).
