The London 2012 Olympics are nearly upon us and the official phone of the events (the Samsung Galaxy S3) will be sold nearby in Samsung Mobile PIN stores.
The Olympic area around Stratford, London has been under tremendous redevelopment for the past few years. In fact the Westfield shopping centre in which these stores reside has been completely refurbished and upgraded, all so that it looks impressive and easily handles the anticipated trade. It’s estimated that 70% of the Olympic spectators will pass through the shopping centre at some point.
These stores will be open to the public after May 29th and are anticipated to sell all of Samsung’s best, including the new Galaxy S3 and highly popular Galaxy Note.
I think these stores will provide a great gadget-shopping experience.
I was in a smaller version of these stores when I attended the S3 launch event back at the start of the month. These micro-stores have a glass exterior with an array of stands set up so you can trial and experience the devices. It’s likely that there will also be cheery staff to explain things to you and make recommendations.
For those of you who regularly pass through Westfield shopping centre on the way to work, take five minutes to have a look at these stores. In fact relay your experience back to us as we’d love to know more about them!
Someone want's to play with the toys!
