According to a tweet on its Twitter feed, Samsung UK says its popular Android smartphone, the Galaxy S, will receive the Froyo update near the end of September.  Here is the full tweet in all its glory:

We’ve seen a lot of Q’s about the Froyo update; it’s currently in development & will be released for all networks at the end of September…
